Child conversation

The voice of the child will be heard by a third, independent mediator, who has a conversation with the child. A child conversation is always individual. The child conversation is meant to give an insight to the perspective of the child. Both parents need to give their permission before a child conversation can take place.

A report of this conversation will be drafted and discussed with the parents during the mediation. Both parents need to give their permission before a child conversation can take place.
